Meet Miss Spaulding
With a bachelor’s degree in business management and organizational leadership, Krystal Spaulding is passionate about preparing students for real-world success through financial education. As a high school Personal Finance Literacy educator, she is dedicated to equipping students with essential life skills such as owning and operating a business, budgeting, saving, and understanding credit—tools that build confidence far beyond the classroom.
Before transitioning into education, Miss Spaulding spent over five years in the finance industry, where she developed expertise in financial analysis, client relations, and tax preparation. This hands-on experience allows her to bring real-world knowledge into her teaching, making lessons practical, relatable, and impactful for her students.
In addition, Miss Spaulding’s background as a high school dance majorette shaped her discipline, performance skills, and appreciation for teamwork and creativity. This experience enhances her ability to connect with students in a dynamic way, especially in environments that value movement, expression, and confidence.
Miss Spaulding’s unique blend of professional, educational, and performance experience allows her to connect with students in a meaningful way, helping them not only understand financial concepts but apply them in their everyday lives.
